Terms & Conditions

By booking a free design consultation with PICHA Group, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Eligibility 
   The free consultation is available to the Creative Cubes community only and is limited to one consultation per person or business. 

2. No Obligation 
   There is no obligation to purchase any services following the consultation. However, we may provide proposals for further paid work if requested. 

3. Scheduling & Cancellations 
   Consultations must be scheduled in advance with a calendar invite. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. 

4. Use of Information 
   All information shared during the consultation will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of assessing and discussing your design needs. 

5. Ownership of Artwork 
   Any artwork, concepts, drafts, or design materials created or shared by PICHA Group —whether during the consultation or as part of any follow-up proposals—remain the intellectual property of PICHA Group unless a separate agreement is made. We may use your business name, logo, and/or brand colours within design mock-ups or concepts, solely for illustrative purposes. 

6. Use of Client Branding 
   By participating in the consultation, you grant us permission to use your logo, brand name, and/or colours strictly within the context of mock-ups or proposals. We will not use your branding in any marketing or promotional material without your written consent. 

7. Limitation of Liability 
   PICHA Group is not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or actions taken based on advice or ideas discussed during the free consultation. 

8. Right to Refuse 
   We reserve the right to decline or cancel a free consultation at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, conflict of interest, or if the request falls outside our areas of expertise.
